Captain Keith Colburn was featured recently as a “Guest Chef” recently at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, FL for an event billed as the “Catch Event of the Year”. 127 casino VIP’s attended a private cooking demonstration, dinner and cocktails with Captain Colburn in the Plum Lounge.

Prior to the VIP event, Captain Keith signed autographs and posed for photographs for guests in the lobby area of the casino. This special appearance was to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, where fresh Alaskan King Crab is imported directly from the Bering Sea.
